Styling services
If you book a styling service, I may need additional information to provide that service, including photographs, measurements, wardrobe information, style preferences and information about your clothing and lifestyle.
This information is used to provide your personalised styling service and is not used for unrelated purposes.
For client onboarding, I use Fillout to collect information that helps me understand your style, wardrobe and goals before we begin.
For digital wardrobes and personalised outfit recommendations, I use Goodpix as part of my styling service delivery.
I may also use Zoom for styling consultations and Telegram or email for client communication where agreed.
Booking appointments
I use TidyCal to manage bookings for Zoom styling calls.
Booking information may include your name, email address and appointment details.
TidyCal states that it processes booking and calendar information and provides GDPR-related provisions for applicable users.
Payments
Payments for my services may be processed securely through Stripe.
I do not store your full payment card details myself.
Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider according to its own privacy and security policies.
Website and analytics
My website is hosted on Squarespace.
I use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use my website, such as which pages are visited and how people find the site.
Analytics information helps me understand website performance and improve the content and experience for visitors.
