The Private Denim Edit – In-Store at Selfridges
By booking The Private Denim Edit, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your session is confirmed once payment has been received.
Available sessions:
• 2-Hour Private Denim Edit — £300
• 3-Hour Private Denim Edit — £450
All sessions take place in-store at Selfridges, London.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
As appointments are limited and reserved exclusively for you, missed sessions or late arrivals can’t be extended or refunded.
3. Scope of Service
The Private Denim Edit is a focused in-store denim-fitting and styling session.
It includes:
• Personal denim fit assessment
• In-store selection guidance
• Rise, shape, and wash recommendations
• Styling direction for selected pieces
It does not include:
• Wardrobe audits
• Digital outfit boards
• Ongoing styling support
• Follow-up consultations

4. Purchases & Retail Policy
All purchases are made directly with the retailer.
Clients are responsible for returns, exchanges, and alterations in accordance with store policy.
Recommendations are made independently and are not commission-led when in-store.
5. Liability
While professional guidance is provided, final purchasing decisions stay with the client.
Samantha Remer is not responsible for:
• Retail stock availability
• Garment alterations performed by third parties
• Retail pricing changes
6. Confidentiality
All client information shared during the session is treated as confidential. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Privacy Notice
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of managing your booking and delivering the Private Denim Edit service.
This includes:
• Name
• Email address
• Contact number
• Session-related information
Your data is stored securely and is not sold, shared, or used for third-party marketing.
Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe.
