The brands stocked on the ilovejeans.com online shop come in various leg lengths starting at  28" for cropped jeans, 32" NYDJ and Kuyichi. Most American brands come in a standard 34" leg length.

We use Royal Mail Next Day Delivery which guarantees delivery before 1pm, the next day from dispatch. The cost is £7.50 Postage & Packing for up to two pairs of jeans.

We are able to get your jeans to you the same day depending on the delivery address by courier bike.
If you would like a price quote for the area you wish delivered to please call the office 020 8446 4299.

If you're not at the delivery address when the item is delivered the postman will leave a card giving instructions on where to collect. The item will be taken back to the local depot for a signature on collection.

We can include instructions on the envelope for the postman to try your neighbour but without a signature the item cannot be left for insurance reasons. Please give the neighbours door number when placing your order.

We have found that the best delivery method in the UK is Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 1pm. This service insures the item up to £500 and offers online track & trace. If you need an earlier delivery please advise on ordering and we can arrange a 9am service.

Depending on the country of delivery we use Royal Mail’s International Signed For service and Airsure. On dispatch of your item an email with the Tracking Number will be sent to you as confirmation of shipment. You can check the progress of your item by using Track & Trace.

Airsure® is the safest, fastest and most reliable service for sending important mail to Europe, America and New Zealand. It has priority handling, and is tracked. We use Airsure® to send your items quickly and safely to over 30 destinations in the following three geographic postal zones:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zone one: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA.

World Zone two: New Zealand

We can track International Signed For™ items up to the point they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country.
When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee) which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box. If no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. If not collected the item will be returned to the sender ilovejeans.com.

If you're unhappy with your newly received jeans then contact us within 48hrs of receipt for a 'Returns Number' either by phone or email info@ilovejeans.com. Tell us why you are unhappy so we can possibly suggest another style or brand and hold the exchange jeans for you until we receive the return. A silver polybag for Next Day Delivery will be enclosed in your order FREE of charge for any returns. Include your 'Returns Number' when filling out the returns form as this will make the process quicker for all.

ilovejeans.com will credit your card within a day of receiving the returned jeans. However depending on your card issuer it make take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
