Deliveries & returns

Returning Items
We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

• Contact us on info@ilovejeans.com within 48 hours of receiving your order; we will issue you with a Returns Number.
• Detail the Returns Number on the form, and enclose with the item(s) you wish to return.
• Your returning items must be sent back in the FREE Special Delivery silver envelope enclosed within the customers order. Only international customers are asked to pay for the returning of an item. All UK Customers are welcome to FREE RETURNS. Please note we will not refund items that are lost during transit back to us.
• We can only issue refunds on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.
• Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of ILOVEJEANS.COM and can only be refunded as a store credit.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. We are unable to refund any international shipping charges.

Cancelling Your Order
Items not required or suitable, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund if your card has been debited.

Delivery Costs
Europe and International Shipping costs are calculated on the size, weight and destination of your package before payment is made. International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and insurance included. If you wish your item to be sent by a different method please contact info@ilovejeans.com before you purchase.

Delivery to UK Destinations
ilovejeans.com uses Royal Mail Special Delivery -guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm/or 9am on request. If the customer is not at the stated delivery address at the time of delivery the package will be returned to the local depot and a card will be left at the address with instructions of how/where to collect your package. Unfortunately with this service it is not possible to re-direct the delivery to another address for delivery. If Failure to collect the package will be returned back to ilovejeans.com. All items sent are guaranteed up to £500 compensation if lost.

Urgent Delivery
If you just can’t wait for your jeans we offer a same day delivery within the Greater London Area by courier. Please contact us with the delivery address before you purchase so we are able to give you the delivery price.
