This week our timing was perfect as the sun shone bright when we visited denim mecca Donna Ida to carry out the review on the Nobody Cult Skinny in Domino. This style is exclusive to Donna Ida.

The Fit: The Cult Skinny by Nobody in Domino wash is a high-rise super slim skinny leg jean. Sizes start at 24 -32, that’s approx a UK 6 to 14.
Donna Ida say’s: this denim has great stretch and recovery so will hold you in and slim you down.
The Rise: The front rise measures 9 inches, which is a perfect rise for Rachel as she has a long body and her unique rise measurement is 12 inches from crotch to belly button. As the sizing goes up the measurement of the rise will differ.
The Behind: The Nobody skinny has a simple square pocket detail, with the Nobody embroidery on the right pocket only, it’s simple and it works. The Yoke, the piece under the waistband gives a good shape to the bottom.
The Leg Opening: 9 inches which makes this style a skinny.
Leg Length: The inseam is 30 inches, try rolling up the hem for a crop style.
The Fabric: 98% Cotton 2% PU, Australian made, fair and ethical. Hand-crafted abrasions.
Function: This style will be your summer favorite you’ll want to wear all the time, a true casual skinny that will take you from day to night. The wash is a true-denim bleached out wash with a carefully hand-crafted abrasion below the knee. Rachel didn’t want to take them off!
Which Body Shape: This skinny is a great style for the Long & Leggy, Apple, Hourglass & Pear due to the high rise, however it is a skinny and may make the curvacious look heavy on the hips. If this is the case my tip is to roll up the hem to the ankle bone which balances out the curves.
Tip: As I always say, no two pear shapes are the same and it’s your unique rise measurement that should guide you to the best rise for you.

I’m liking this style because it’s not a statement fashion jean, it’s one of those styles you will get to love like an old friend that will fit you like a glove as time goes on. I’m also liking the brand Nobody and the ethics behind the brand that started 30 years ago still continue today. They are true experts in fit,wash and the finish of premium denim.
The Price: £240 maybe a little steep but when you try them on and experience the fit & feel, I think you’ll be hooked.
